We offer support by phone or email; whatever is more convenient for you.  Either way, you’ll receive prompt attention, quick answers to your questions, and solutions to any issues that arise.

Whether you contact us by phone or email, we’ll be able to respond more effectively if you provide with some basic information.

Email works great for documenting the issue you are encountering.  Whenever possible, please be sure to include:

  • A summary of the problem in your email subject line.
  • A detailed description of the problem in the body of your email.
  • A screen shot.  Seeing what you are seeing helps us alot.
  • Error message.  If you get an error message, please cut/paste it into your email.
  • User name that had the problem an what they were doing at the time.
  • Name of the screen page or tab you were on when you encountered the problem.
Support Hours

ProSel Commerce support is based in Southern California, USA and we are in the Pacific Time Zone.

Our standard support hours are 8:00 am to 5: 00 pm,

Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

ProSel Commerce customer administrators are also given hotline phone numbers for reaching us outside of standard support hours, in case of emergencies.  Please contact your ProSel Commerce account manager for the full details.

In an Emergency

Each ProSel Commerce customer administrator will be given hotline phone numbers to reach us in case of an emergency.  Please contact your company’s designated ProSel Commerce administrator with our emergency information, who will in turn contact us to report the emergency.
